To be considered for representation in the entertainment industry, you must fill out the form below
and submit it with a $25 Application Fee.  If we have a place in our agency for your look and skill set,
we will contact you within two weeks to request photos and more information.  If we cannot find a
place in our agency at this time, we will send you a notice within two weeks to let you know.   

Please note that we receive THOUSANDS of inquiries each month.  In an effort to weed through
clients who are truly interested in becoming involved in the entertainment industry, we have
instituted a nominal Application Fee.  Your application WILL NOT be processed until your application
fee is received.  

Ryan Talent and Model Group is a Talent Agency which receives a small percentage of our client's
income when they book a job in the entertainment industry.  It is our fervent desire to obtain gainful
employment for our clients, as that is where we earn the bulk of our income.  Should you have any
