Submission Process for New Talent :
All talent who wish to be represented by Ryan Talent and Model MUST follow instructions below.
Please note that we receive a large volume of submissions and cannot return photos so please do not
send photos which you need returned.
Baby Division
Babies ages 0-3 years old DO NOT require professional headshots or portfolios. Babies change too quickly for professional portraits to be effective so
please do not waist your money on expensive pictures. Instead, please send ten of the following photos/resumes with a $35 Annual Administration Fee
to Ryan Talent for representation. Please update your babies' photos/resumes every 6 months or with any drastic change such as hair cuts or clothing
size changes. Administration fee must accompany first submission but is only due once a year until your child reaches age 3, when they will be
offered representation in our Tot Division.
Attach a current 4x6 snapshot of your baby as well as the information listed, in the format below, to an 8.5x11 sheet of paper:

Please include a cover letter and state whether you are willing to travel to auditions and jobs. With such include where you are willing to
travel to.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* Many jobs and auditions are located in most major metropolitan areas. If you live outside a major market please
indicate what market you are willing to attend auditions in. Major Markets include New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Indianapolis,
Baltimore, Chicago, Orlando, Kansas City, Louisville, Cincinnati, Atlanta, and Dallas.
Ages 3-Up
Talent ages 3 and up MUST audition for exclusive representation with Ryan Talent and Model. Interviews are held by appointment only.
We accept talent of all types from across the nation. Interview may be private or open, depending on the demand at any given time.
To be considered for representation, please send the following for the person seeking representation on a typed cover letter: Name, age,
address, phone number(s), e-mail address (submissions under age 18 MUST have parent/guradian send submission). Also, include your
8x10 and acting/modeling resume. If you do not have an 8x10 please include a current snapshot or school photo. The following
information should be included on your resume:
Talent's name and Date of Birth, Height, Weight, Eye and Hair Color, Size of Clothing, Union Affiliation (if any);
Experience - such as school plays or community theatre - choir performances etc., and of course TV/Film,
Voice-Over and Print Experience.
Also include Training - such as Vocal Training, Dance Lessons, Musical Instruments, Acting Classes etc.
List Languages/Accents - for instance, if you are bilingual in Spanish, please list "fluent Spanish" on your resume.
If you can speak with accents - please list them. For example: British, Southern, Caribbean Accents Etc.
Please also tell us any Special Abilities or Hobbies - include sports, hobbies, other things about the talent. For instance if you have
Teleprompter Experience or you have a current passport or you are a Karate expert or Personal Trainer etc.

*Please Note* It may be 6 to 8 weeks before your picture/resume is reviewed by Heather Ryan - so please be patient. Only talent selected
for an interview will be contacted. Please do not phone to inquire if we have received your picture/resume. Due to the volume of mail that
we receive - we are not able to specifically track your envelope. Mail is held until Ryan Talent and Model is seeing new talent - and then at
that time the mail is reviewed and talent are selected to be seen in person.
If it has been more than 8 weeks since you mailed your information - you may call, mention the date you mailed your material and inquire
if talent have been selected already.

Agencies and Production Companies. We are not in conflict with them.
